- Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched from Melbourne within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Times: Australia Post typically delivers within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
Important Information
- Tracking and Insurance: All parcels include tracking and are insured up to $100. If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us to assist in the claims process with Australia Post.
- Liability: Once your order has left our control and is in the hands of Australia Post, we are not liable for any delays or damages that may occur during transit. However, we will do our best to support you in resolving any issues.
